Stamp-sized ESP8285 module with built-in flash - for when even a D1 Mini is too big for your PCB.

Good to know

  • Solder-down module, no USB – you need a USB-serial adapter to flash.
  • Flash mode: GPIO0 to GND at power-up; EN (CH_PD) always pulled high.
  • Flash with DOUT mode (ESP8285 internal 1MB flash).
  • Needs a stable 3.3V supply, 300mA+ peaks – the 3.3V pin of a serial adapter is not enough!
